Stephanie Ginese is an author, instructor, and stand-up comedian from South Lorain, Ohio. Her literary work has been featured in Palabritas, a Harvard University journal; The Pinch Journal at the University of Memphis; Cleveland Review of Books; and elsewhere. Her debut collection of poetry, Unto Dogs, was released in July of 2022 by Grieveland. She is a 2023 Cleveland Arts Prize winner and a 2024 Creative Impact Fund awardee. Also in 2023, she was the inaugural writer-in-residence at ATNSC: Center for Healing and Creative Leadership. As a comedic performer, she has hosted at the world famous Hilarities comedy club and in 2024 was a featured performer at both the Cleveland and Columbus Comedy Festivals.
